Yoga allows you to rediscover a sense of wholeness in your life, where you do not feel like you are constantly trying to fit broken pieces together.
— BKS Iyengar

About

To practice yoga is to travel inward, exploring undiscovered facets of one’s self and integrating these new discoveries into daily life. To teach yoga requires us to take a leadership role in that inner exploration within one’s community, providing guidance and support on what is truly the greatest adventure: self-realization.

Inner Adventure Yoga is designed to provide the student with knowledge of yoga’s rich history, philosophy, and practices. Our virtual studio strives to provide you with a sense of community online with live classes in a forum that students can visit with one another and ask questions of their instructor. We strive for attention to detail, integrity, respect for one another, inclusion and we hope to bring a deep sense of “home” in the challenge of the online platform. We hope to give you a sense of education rather than following along.

Heidi Krotzer, Owner - Teacher E-RYT 500, YACEP
Heidi’s classes focus on understanding the “why” of yoga. She believes that “effort for effort’s sake” isn’t necessary to find comfort and ease in a posture, once we know how to get there. It is pretty common to find laughter and student engagement in her classes–how else do we learn? Heidi loves the subtle body practice, and philosophy of yoga. She loves to explore the layers of knowledge the body already knows, without the always thinking mind taking over! She has experienced the journey to the true self (atman) through the breath. Control the breath/energy (prana) and we control the racing mind. Unlocking these parts of ourselves is only the beginning! Heidi received a 500-hour certification at Pacific Yoga Teacher Training with Kathryn Payne and Theresa Elliot.
